Free shipping is only available for continental US addresses and not international addresses for all products. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if our system gives free shipping on the international address and we will give you a quote.
Opened merchandise is not returnable under any circumstance. Unopened items may be returned for store credit, less shipping within 10 days after receipt of your order. Please contact us for a return authorization RMA number prior to sending back any items. For lost or damaged orders, please contact us within 10 days of your order shipping date. Return shipping is at customer expense.
If you do not enter your address correctly, your package may be returned to us as undeliverable. You would then have to place a new order and pay for shipping again. Save time and avoid frustration by entering the address information in the appropriate boxes and double-checking for typos and other errors.
The shipping/handling cost and delivery time of your order depend on your address and the shipping method you choose. To find out this information now, add a product to your Shopping Basket, click Checkout in the upper right corner of every page, then enter your address. Several shipping methods will be listed on page 2 of Checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time
During Checkout, please read the listed shipping methods carefully. Each methods shows an estimated delivery time for your order to arrive. Each estimate is specified in business days. Business days are Monday through Friday only, no holidays. Each estimate includes the actual transit time plus the order processing time in our warehouse. Do not assume that your order will arrive sooner than the estimated delivery time! If you need faster delivery, please select a faster shipping method. (See Expedited Shipping Options below for our fastest shipping methods.)
We make every effort to ship your order quickly without errors. Expedited orders ship within 24 hours after being placed. Orders having slower shipping methods may take longer to ship, and they might be sent to our sorting center first before being shipped directly to you. Most international orders will be sent to our sorting center before being shipped directly to you. Typically, over 98% of all orders shipped arrive within their estimated delivery time.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed as having arrived at 9am the next business day. Example: If you place an order on a Monday evening and choose 'UPS Ground (4 to 10 Work Days)', it will enter the system on Tuesday morning and the clock will begin to run from that time. It will then arrive on the next Monday at the earliest (4 business days) and as late as the Tuesday of the week following (10 business days). If there were an intervening holiday, it could arrive as late as Wednesday of that week.
Expedited Shipping Options (Our Fastest Shipping Methods)
Our fastest shipping methods are UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select. These methods receive higher priority and usually ship to you within 24 hours, or the next business day. In most cases your expedited order will be shipped the same day if you enter it before noon Eastern Standard Time, however, we do not guarantee same day shipping. If you enter an expedited order after 12:00 noon Eastern Standard time, it will be shipped the following business day.
Please note that our system processes expedited orders immediately. In most cases, expedited orders can not be changed or cancelled once they are submitted.
Estimated delivery times for International shipping options are somewhat less precise and span a wider time period to accommodate the varying delivery times to different countries. International shipments may be subject to additional customs fees by the country of destination. The shipping paid here does NOT include customs fees, duties, or taxes levied by the country of shipping destination. You may have to pay these fees to a post office or government agency when your order arrives. Also, customs clearance in some countries may impose extra delays as well.
Shipping of Backordered Items
Most of our products are shipped directly from available stock. We have relatively very few backordered items. But if any product you order is backordered, we will send the estimated ship date to you by email. If you do nothing, the rest of your order will ship normally without the backordered product. When the backordered product becomes available, we will ship it to you separately, without any additional shipping cost to you. If you request that we cancel your backordered product, you will receive a full refund for that product. If you are located outside the United States, we will send all available order items to you, cancel all back order items, and give you a full refund for the cancelled items.
US Postal Office deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, protectorates and territories outside the continental United States can take up to 3 weeks longer to arrive.

Sometimes our system shows that faster shipping methods cost less than slower ones. That is due to the various post office services in your area. Please choose the shipping method with the delivery time that you require.
Our Warehouse Location
Our main warehouse is in Indianapolis, Indiana USA Most shipments originate from there. We have affiliate warehouses located throughout the United States. Expedited shipment may originate from one of those in order to meet the stated delivery time of your order. Occasionally, items are transferred from affiliate warehouses to our main warehouse before shipping to your final destination. The time required for such multiple shipments is always included in the delivery time stated at checkout. This enables you to know with certainty when your order will arrive.
